The work of all our employees is based on the client-focused way of thinking and to a good knowledge and experience in the real estate area. Most of our employees have graduated from the institutions of higher education and they have a more than seven years experience in the real estate area. In the years 2000 and 2001 AS Vallikraavi Kinnisvara was the most successful small company in Tartu (in the category 1-9 employees).
The economic results insured the first place to Vallikraavi Kinnisvara AS in the Real Estate Companies TOP 90 of the newspaper Äripäev in the year 2001. The same place was achieved also in the countdown of development companies.
In the year 2004 AS Vallikraavi Kinnisvara achieved the second place in the enterprise competition of The Best entrepreneur of Tartu (in the category 1-9 employees).
